About Neha Ghule
Neha Ghule has been serving as a Drug Safety Associate at Sojar Research Services Pvt. Ltd. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Pune University, where she gained a strong academic foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and regulatory principles.
- To further enhance her expertise, Neha pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, and Regulatory Affairs. Through this multidisciplinary program, she developed specialized skills in adverse event reporting, drug safety regulations, and case processing.
- In her current role, Neha is responsible for monitoring product safety, assessing adverse event reports, conducting literature screening, and assisting in the preparation of aggregate safety reports. She plays a key role in ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards and upholding high-quality pharmacovigilance practices.
- Neha also brings practical industry experience from her Quality Assurance internship at Adisan Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., where she gained hands-on exposure to validation protocols, standard operating procedure (SOP) compliance, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation.
