About Raju Bangar
Raju is responsible for delineating Sojar's strategy and realizing operational excellence. In collaboration with the Operations team, he oversees the development and implementation of organizational goals and business strategies.
- With over 2 decades of commercial and operational experience in pharmacovigilance regulatory and technology, Raju spearheads our strategy to drive growth and ensure client engagement through our industry-leading PV services and solutions.
- He successfully integrated the regulatory function within Sojar, which include our vast PV Network and regulatory intelligence analytics.
- Prior to joining Sojar, Raju held leadership positions at Novartis, as well as GSK, Syneos and Cognizant, where he led successful turnarounds and transformational campaigns, re-designed and expanded service capabilities, and provided executive leadership on numerous company-wide initiatives with remarkable returns on investment.
- Raju is a staunch advocate of transparency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Raju holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy from North Maharashtra University which preceded his PhD from the Bhagwant University, India.
